He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Manley; his stepchildren, Brandon Manley and Brandy Manley Wilkins; his brothers, Kenneth Garner (Stacy), Paul Garner (Amy) and Trevor Garner (Monica); and his grandchildren, Chloe Wilkins and Wyatt Wilkins. He is also survived by two uncles; three aunts and many nieces and nephews.
