He is survived by: his wife Rosie Simmons; his sons, Randy Simmons of Brown Summit and Mark Simmons of Summerfield; his granddaughter Sierra Walker (Reece); his great grandchild Anders Walker; and his siblings, Daniel Ray Simmons of Summerfield and Julie Faye Russ of Longwood, NC..
