He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Holt and Frances Frazier Holt; his wife Reva Pegram Holt; and his brothers, Allen Holt and Bobby Holt.
He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Payne (John), Sandy Westmoreland (Allen), Tommy Holt (Karen) and C. H. Holt (Wanda); his grandchildren, Justin, Jeremy, Jacob, John David, Kyle, Matthew, Spencer, William, Jessica and Tori; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Eliana, Isaac, Wyatt, Hunter, Karleigh, Maggie Jayne, Anna, Mack and Luke.
