He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Garland Walker and Della Isley Walker; and his son Scott Walker. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly; his son-in-law Brian Wedding of Greensboro; his siblings, Dorothy W. Smith of Summerfield and Clyde Walker of Archdale; his grandchildren, Heather Swaim, Gabrelle Walker and Rese Wedding; his great grandchildren, Elijah Scott Combest and Tommy Wade Gardner IV; and his friend Charles.
The family is so appreciative of the kind, loving care shown to Mr. Walker by the folks at Hospice of Rockingham County, that they would prefer memorials be directed to them, in lieu of flowers, to PO Box 281, Wentworth, NC 27375.
