He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Abbe and Else Abbe. He is survived by: his significant other Lisa Whalen; his sister Carol Abbe; his children, Kelly Abbe (Angela Miller), Kenny Abbe (Lisa Abbe) and Kurt Whalen; his grandchildren, Harper Abbe, Kimber Abbe and Isabella Whalen; and his pets, Max and Maggie.
