He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lionel Alley and Inell Via Alley; and his wife Lucille Smith Alley. He is survived by: his daughter Lynn Williams (David) of Stokesdale; and his siblings, Virginia Mae Collier and Thomas Lionel Alley, Jr. (Brenda) of Summerfield. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
