It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Luther Harrison (Stokes, North Carolina), who passed away on January 15, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Johnie and Rosa Harrison; and his wife Ruth Frye Harrison. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Vanderplas (Steven) of Largo, Rebecca Kelly (Tracy) of Holly Springs and Esther Ingalls (Terry) of Stokes; his grandchildren, Samuel (Meredith), Timothy, Sarah (Andrew), Abigail, Joseph (Victoria), Daniel, Esther, Lauren, Christina, Cassandra, Jordan, Jon, Tyler (Jayde), Mallory, Jackson and Kristin; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Theodore, Clara, William, Lincoln and Scarlet; his brother Willie "Buster" Harrison; and his brother-in-law David Frye (Shirley). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and their children and grandchildren.
