She was predeceased by: her husband Boyd S. Mabe; her parents, Coley Bob Hamlin and Mary Ellen Collins Hamlin; and her siblings, Barbara Howell, Mary Jane Hamlin, Jesse Hamlin and Curtis Lee Hamlin.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Mabe (Theresa), Joey Mabe, Eric Mabe (Michele) and Cindy M. Sprinkle (Tony); her brother Billy Hamlin (Georgia); her grandchildren, Alisha Korba, Tessa Sprinkle, Kayla Bohannon, Michael Huffman, Jacob Mabe, Samantha Mabe, Treyson Mabe, Aleah Mabe, Savannah Holland, Corbin Mabe, Lily Mabe and Logan Mabe; and her great grandchildren, Erin Bohannon, Ellie Bohannon, Everleigh Bohannon, Keaton Ballard, Bentley Huffman, Bailey Huffman, Rhettlee Mabe, Caroline Holland and Magnolia Holland.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel (1020 Hope Beasley Rd, Sandy Ridge, NC 27046). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
