He was predeceased by: his parents, Manley Robert Stovall and Opal Smith Stovall; his daughter Melissa Stovall Mabe; and his brother Charles Franklin Stovall. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Steele Stovall; his children, Matthew Orell Stovall, Michael Paul Stovall and Melanie Foss (Jim); his brothers, Manley "Keith" Stovall and Robert "Oneil" Stovall; his grandchildren, Whitney Bullins Taylor (Ryan), Meghann Stovall (Junior), Alexis "Lexie" LaDrew (Daniel), Seth Stovall and Caleb Stovall; his stepgrandsons, Stephen and Michael Foss; and his great grandchildren, Tucker, Karter, Luke, Vinny and Kate. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
