He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William Lewis and Mary Jane Johnson; his daughter Heather Lewis; and his brother Daniel Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Monnat Lewis; his children, April Sharlow of New York, Roger A. Lewis of Ohio and Philip Lewis of Vermont; his grandchildren, Collin, Landon, Finleigh, Bug, Keegan, Brynne and Henley; and his siblings, Marian Kenney, Dave Lewis, Steven Lewis and Robin Lewis.
