He is survived by: his children, Ashley McGarr, Renee Toler (T. J.), Kevin McGarr (Terri) and Michael McGarr (Mikaela); his grandchildren, Chloe, Connor, Mason, Maci, Aubrie, Elisha, Avery, Chance and Gage; and his brother Larry McGarr. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
