He is survived by: his children, Cathy Jo Blackburn of Reidsville, NC, David Blackburn (Cindy) of Stem and Paul Blackburn (Amy) of Creedmoor; his grandchildren, Michelle, Casey, Tori, Kayleigh, Taylor and Haylee; and his siblings, Allene and Curtis. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
