She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Goode Carver and Callie Jean Andrews Carver; and her brothers, Phillip Carver and Frank "Pedro" Carver Jr.. She is survived by: her husband William Ray McGarr; her children, Ashley McGarr, Scott Rigney (Cindy) and Kevin McGarr (Terri); her grandchildren, Tucker Rigney, Chloe Cash, Connor Croom, Mason Cash and Maci Cash; and her siblings, Lesha Barbee (Rickie) and Jimmy Carver (Marilyn). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
