She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Holton Donaldson and Odell Carlton Baity; her husband William Bailey; and her brothers, Dale Donaldson and Lee Donaldson.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Bailey Boykin of Stem, Thomas Bailey (Michelle) of Stem and Scott Powers (Maggie) of Tampa, Florida; her grandchildren, Taylor Bailey, Megan Campe, Conner Powers, Keller Powers and Madison Powers; her sister Barbara Keith of Creedmoor; and her pet Tobi.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any Animal Rescue fund.
