He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Manuel and Rebecca Walker Varnell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cave Varnell; his daughters, Michelle V. Lugo (David) and Shawne M. Lawless (Ellis); and his brothers, Wesley Varnell and Van Varnell (Lisa). He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
Due to the pandemic and social distancing, services will be private.
