Clara Louise Kitts Obituary

Clara Louise Kitts, 67, of Stem passed away Thursday, July 14, 2022 at her home.

Clara was born in West Virginia on December 28, 1954 to the late Clarence Lewis Hardin and Betty Jane Tate. Clara met the love of her life Tim, while they were both in high school and they were married two years later at Brushfork Methodist Church in Bluefield, West Virginia. She retired from Verizon with twenty-five years of service. Clara was a loving wife, mother and a caring friend always willing to lend a helping hand.

All services will be private.

She is survived by her husband of forty-nine years, Timothy Lee Kitts; one son, Timothy Lee Kitts Jr. (Melissa Hershman) and a niece, Megan Renee Parrish of Pocahontas, VA and two special childhood friends, Barbara and Betty Slade of Bluefield, VA. She was preceded in death by her half-sister, Patricia Carol Parrish and two half-brothers, Ralph Hardin and John Hardin.
