He is survived by: his wife Stella Brewington of Dunn, NC; his son Leslie Paul Brewington (Kelly) of Sanford, NC; his stepchildren, Antonio Campbell of Dunn, NC and Eboni Campbell of Fayetteville, NC; his siblings, Larry "Rusty" Brewington (Tammy) of Fort Wayne, IN, James "Buddy" Brewington (Cindy) of Clinton, NC, Linda Rose Brewington of Angier, NC, Juanita Ann Brewington of Clinton, NC and Gloria Sue Brewington of Clinton, NC; and his grandchildren, Haley, Hunter and Jacob Brewington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
