Terry Walter Oden Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Walter Oden of Stella, North Carolina, who passed away on March 15, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Terry Walter leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Oden and Valeda Oden; his siblings, Mary, Barbara and Charles; and his son Kevin Oden (Jodi).
He is survived by: his wife Linda Oden; and his children, Dennis Oden (Sharon), Lori Hiltunen (Charlie) and Barbara Kalnicki (Erik). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and his four beloved fur babies.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sayland Funeral Home (703 Mattocks Ave, Maysville, NC 28555).
