He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Hendry Bugos; and his stepson Timothy L. Pepperdine. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca L. Bugos of Cincinnati, OH and Sarah J. Cruise (Larry) of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Rachel Cruise Dorton (Bradley) and Nicholas J. Cruise; his great grandchild Henry Lane Dorton; and his siblings, Ronald Bugos (Shirley) of Oak Ridge, TN, Marlene Rizk of Bethlehem, PA. and Audrey Dyer (Fred) of Bethlehem, PA..
