He is survived by: his fiancé Cleada Bush of Dunn; his children, Jessica Dubon (Rudy) of Jasper, IN and Richard Cunningham (Kristy) of Yuma, AZ; his stepdaughters, Jakelynn Brown of Godwin and Tabitha Brown of Dunn; and his siblings, Jeffrey Smith (Robin), Richard Smith (Kay), Timothy Cunningham (Shelly) and Debbie Winters. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
