He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Lewis (McBride); and his father Charles Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Tina Joyner (Mark); his grandsons, Christopher Joyner and Brenden Joyner (Katelyn); his great grandchildren, Natalia and Austin Joyner; his brother William Lewis; his nieces, Sarah Connan (Lewis) and Kelly Franklin (Lewis); and his sisters-in-law, Shannon Munnerley and Dennise Monforte. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
