He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Guy and Martha Guy; and his siblings, David Earl Guy and Emma Jean Guy. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Johnson; his stepchildren, Steve Johnson and Karen Johnson; his siblings, Robert Guy (Peggy) of Godwin, NC and Josephine Futrell of Mount Olive, NC; and his grandchildren, Karrie Johnson, Matthew Walsh, Lestat Smith and Raven Smith.
