She was predeceased by: her parents, Lambert Coleman and Vernell Coleman; and her husband Roy Bullard. She is survived by: her children, Roy Bullard, Jr. of Fayetteville, Edgar Joel Bullard (Kelly) of Stedman and Belinda Phipps (Cecil) of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Michelle Folsom, Beth Bullard, Windy Brown, Kristen Forbes, Reba Phipps, Cassie Bullard and Colton Bullard; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Peyton, Paisley Cosgray, Savannah Folsom, Gracie Daniels, Tinsley, Hartlee Tew, Leann Evans, Joshua Mitchell, Katly, Sadie Forbes, Kastiel and Adriel Masson; and her sisters, Barbara Barnes and Doris Williams (Wright).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:50 PM at the Butler Funeral Home (6535 Clinton Rd, Stedman, NC 28391). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Butler Funeral Home Chapel (6535 Clinton Rd, Stedman, NC 28391).
