She was predeceased by: her parents, Lattie Murphy Autry and Della Stewart Autry; her husband Lemon F. Tew; and her daughter Deborah L. Tew. She is survived by: her daughters, Gloria Tate and Tleshia T. Schoenith (David); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Victoria (Brandon), Aleshia (Michael), Maxton (Brittany) and Josaphina; her great grandchildren, Mathais, Elijah, Hunter, Lillyana and Natalia; and her siblings, Avis Autry and Sidney Autry.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to Oasis Bethany Church Food Bank, 7350 Maxwell Road, Stedman, NC 28391.
