He was predeceased by: his parents, Odell Bledsole and Dessie Bledsole; his brother Marty Bledsole; and his stepgrandson Bryan Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Donna Bledsole; his stepchildren, Joe Strickland (Jessica) and Ellen Carter; his stepgrandchildren, Trevor Smith, Adyson Strickland and Hayden Strickland; and his siblings, Gene, Anthony, Billy, Patricia, Sandra and Faye.
