She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob "Lloyd" Lippard and Gladys Eva Templeton Lippard; her husband Hugh Wilson Waters; her sons, Thomas Wilson Waters and Timothy Dean Waters; and her sister Flo Adams.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Hugh Waters (Tammy) of Stony Point; her brother Lloyd "Allen" Lippard (Jaye) of Statesville; and her grandchildren, Jeffery Isaac Waters, Lily Breanne Waters and Kailey Gayle Waters.
