He was predeceased by: his father Mack Russell; and his siblings, Don Russell and Catherine. He is survived by: his girlfriend Claudia Register; his girlfriend's daughter Hilary Burton (Drew); his children, William Russell (Billy), Hope Russell Oliphant (Steve) and Faith Russell Brickman (Travis); and his sister Sue Russell Dixon. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
