She was predeceased by: her parents, Aldon Richard and Julie Jane Clark; her siblings, Edward, Ted, Daniel, Edith Yount and Margaret Cruse; and her grandson Mikey Church.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Eugene Church; her children, Micheal Richard (Lisa), Donald Wayne (Leslie), Brenda Reinhardt, Tammy Teague (Eddie) and Roxanne Lynn Danner (Jackie); her siblings, James, Marcie Clark, Pam Veridette, Patricia Phillips and Connie Clark; and her grandchildren, Kenny, Samantha, Scott, Jeremy, Bryant, April, Carla, Amanda, Edie, Carmen, Brandy, Savannah, Nathan, Angie, Kristy, Bubba, Hannah, Stacy and Jamie.
