He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee Chapman and Fannie Mae Houston Chapman; his spouse Shelby Jean Bowman; his daughter Trudy Rhyne; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Chapman; and his siblings, Dorothy Privette, Minnie Fulbright, Ramona Davidson and Ted Chapman.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Kepley (Gary) and Tommy Ray Chapman Jr. (Tonya) of Chapman's Travelers Service; his grandchildren, Tara Black (Myron), Jason Rhyne, Jodie Montaigne (Jamie), Scarlett Chapman and Savannah Chapman-Mayes (Zackary); and his great grandchildren, Tristan Black, Justyn Black, Ryder Rhyne, Jenner Rhyne, Bayleigh Rae Johnson and Xander Ray Mayes. He is also survived by his family and his work, and leaves his family.
