He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Edward Sipes Sr. and Laura McDaniels. He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry Sipes (Kathy), Dan Sipes (Wendy) and Ed Sipes (Patty). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
