He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Tommy West, Sr. and Gilbert Campbell (Hazel); his brother Sammy Craig Campbell, Jr.; his stepgrandparents, Evon Cook Lambert and Jim Miller; and his children, Jazmyn West, Beckaleigh Davis, Timothy John "TJ" Craig Campbell, Jr. and Atticus Holland.
He is survived by: his parents, Sammy Craig Campbell and Jessica Erin West Lambert (Sean Travis Lambert); his wife Kellie Ann Osborne Campbell; his siblings, Destine Campbell (Ramen), Chandler Campbell (Mivkab), McKinzee Lambert, Travis Lambert, Hunter Lambert, Justin Lambert and Eric Shawn Campbell; his grandmother Judy Miller; his mother-in-law Becky Lambert; and his siblings-in-law, Jessica Osborne (Duke) and Justin Osborne (Izzy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
