He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Boan, Sr. and Wilma Lowery Boan; his brothers, Carl and Nolton Boan; and also Max Holland, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Kay Porter Boan; his children, Keith Boan (Kris) and Heather White (Rich); his grandchildren, Brady White (Sara), Trent White (Aslyn), Bailey Krupla (Jonny), Brooke Ludwig (Ivan), Beck Boan (Stephanie) and Briley Boan; his great grandchild Addie Grace White; and his sister Priscilla Holland (Max). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
