She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Marsh Miller and Minnie Myrtle McClain Miller; her husband James Edgar Johnson; and her brother James R. Miller. She is survived by: her children, Keith Johnson of Statesville and LeAnn Dinwiddie (Keith) of Cape Carteret, NC; her grandchildren, Crystal Friece (Tim), Jeremy Johnson, Tara West (Fred), Rachel Stanley (Rob) and Lauryn Carr (James); and her great grandchildren, Kylee, Maddison, Frederick, Piper, Cooper and Caroline.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Monticello Baptist Church (3603 Taylorsville Hwy, Statesville, NC 28625). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at the Iredell Memorial Gardens (2304 Shelton Ave, Statesville, NC 28677).
