She is survived by: her parents, Virgil Whitener and Kim Wooten Whitener; her husband Michael Thomas; her children, Alivia Thomas and Oakley Thomas; her siblings, Nicole Perdue (Eli), Austin Whitener (Kellie) and Amy Dement; her grandmother Brenda Whitener; her parents-in-law, Robin Wandoff (Doug) and Kenneth Thomas (Amida); and her sister-in-law Melissa Talbot (John). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
