She is survived by: her children, Isaiah Leon Mayfield, Jr. of Statesville and Iris Dionne Mayfield of Statesville; her niece Pam Mayfield of Conover; her goddaughter Sara Moss of Statesville; her siblings, Joan C. Daniels of Statesville, Josephine D. Miller of Statesville, Ora D. Merritt (William Sr.) of Statesville and John Daniels Sr. (Eva) of Statesville; her siblings-in-law, Clifford Mayfield of Statesville, Elizabeth Jackson of Statesville and Mary Mayfield of Statesville; her grandchildren, Tesia Alexander, Miata Mayfield, Chasity Parks, Kayla Mayfield, Quateria Dobbins, Isaiah Mayfield III, Azaria Daye, Zakiya Daye and Te'Nija Daye; her close friends, Adele White (Frank), Phyllis Bailey, Cynthia Rodriguez, Sylvia Allison, Ada Bruce, Emmaline Bellamy, James "Bud" Thomas, Barbara Griffin and Patty Castle; and also Tshombi McIver of Statesville.
