We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2023, at the age of 73, Sarah Elaine Russell of Statesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Dalton and Mary Lois Griffin Dalton; and her siblings, William Griffin, Kay Frances Dalton and Betty Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Theodore Dalton of Statesville, Chauncey Russell of Statesville and Rashida Russell; her brother James Dalton (Sarah Elaine); and her grandchildren, Essence Holland, Cierra Morrison, Zein Starks, Rashad Russell, Anya Dalton and Bella Dalton. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, church family, other relatives and friends.
