He is survived by: his wife Donna Phares Frogge; his children, Jim Frogge of Olin, NC, Todd (Jan) and Samantha West (Brian) of Statesville; his siblings, John Frogge, Maurice Frogge, Mary McDowell Key West and Kathy Shaw; and his grandchildren, Natasha Frogge, Stephanie Pelletier (Paul), Lauren Jackson (Michael), Sammy Frogge, Shana Griffee (Sam), Natalie Nino, Sheila Frank, Katrina Faith Lou Frogge, Jimmy Campbell, Patrick West, Matthew West (Ashley), Cody Frogge, Jazmyn West and Regina Trinity Dawn Frogge.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Gordon Hospice House of Iredell Co. (2341 Simonton Rd. Statesville NC 28625).
