She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Foy and Kathleen Wilhelm Waugh; and her brother Phillip Waugh of Statesville. She is survived by: her niece Kimberly Waugh of Statesville; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jeffery, Kyle and Crissy; and her friends, Betty Ellenburg, V. Salazar, Pam Pettrey, Dixie St. Clair and Sheena Wooten.
