She was predeceased by: her parent Zeb Speaks Daisy Speaks; her husband James Waugh; her grandson Curtis Deaton; and her siblings, Inez Pool, Jerry Speaks and Gary Speaks.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Waugh of Statesville, NC, Danny Waugh (Ann) of Statesville, NC, Debra Hager (Dennis) of Statesville, NC, Penny Minton (Richard) of Statesville, NC, Diane Deaton (David) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Carol "Pudding" Waugh of Troutman, NC and Jean Marie Waugh of Statesville, NC; and her grandchildren, Brian Waugh, Eric Minton, Keith Waugh, Jessica Vidal, Bradley Minton, Daniel Waugh, Ashley Day, Brent Nixon, James Brooks and Brandon Brooks. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
