He was predeceased by: his wife Rae Claudette Loudermilk Stockes; and his parents, Roy Edmund Stockes Sr. and Annie Felicia Bobbitt Stockes. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Edmund Stockes (Phyllis), Felecia Anne Serra (Michael), Melissa Leigh Kauk (Mark), Amanda Belle Wienbar (Doug) and James Christian Stockes. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
