It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland Clyde Farr of Statesville, North Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Glenn Farr and Helen Ann Keithline Farr; and his siblings, David Edward Farr, Daisy Farr and Barbara Ann Richter.

He is survived by: his wife Julia Beverly Wood Farr; his children, Robert Farr (Joyce) of Coolville, OH, Roland C. Farr, Jr. (Julia) of Mooresville, NC, Jeffrey Randal Farr, Kevin Lee Farr (Susan) of Scranton, PA, Brian Keith Farr of Savannah, GA and Beverly Jean Ducket (Wiley) of Seattle, WA; and his siblings, John Milford Farr (Julie) of Melton, PA, Geraldine Marie Madill of Tunkhannock, PA, Mary Jane Stevenson of Mehoopany, PA and Mildred Emaline Smith of Dunshore, PA.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in RC's memory to Mountain Road Baptist Church.
