He is survived by: his children, Joseph K. Lackey (Gerry), Lee F. Lackey (Lisa), Suzanne Lackey Passwaters (Dennis), Mack Campbell (Pamela), James Campbell (Leslie) and Janet Powell; his grandchildren, Chloe Lackey Miller (Matthew), Tristan Lee Lackey, Shelby Passwaters, Ian Passwaters, David Powell (Tiphany), Andrew Powell, Julianna Campbell Eisele (Nick), Benjamin Campbell, Michael Campbell (Tessa), Zachary Campbell (Monica) and Joshua Campbell (Travere); his great grandchildren, Renessmae Vass, Fern Miller, Skylar Vogus, Daniel Campbell and Ashkii Campbell; his brother Ralph C. Lackey; his nieces, Serena L. Koonts (Robert) and Valerie L. Stone (Mitch); and his nephew Trent C. Lackey.
