He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Webb and Ruth Harding Webb; and his brother Chuck Webb. He is survived by: his wife Eileen "Taft" Webb; his children, Tammie Scott of Statesville, NC, Pam Burns (Joe) of Statesville, NC and Rick Webb, Jr. (Christine) of Binghamton, NY; his siblings, Ted Webb II (Dolly), Georgie Thetga (Tom) and Cheri Clapper; his brother-in-law Tom Neiss (April); and his grandchildren, Mark Gould, Jr. (Anna), Stefanie Byrd (Josh), Brian Hall Jr. (Stephanie), Travis Hall (Ana), Joey Webb and Amelia Webb. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
