With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Gustin (Statesville, North Carolina), who passed away on June 14, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Walter William "Jack" Gustin; and his sister Linda Gustin of Spartanburg, SC.. He is survived by: his mother Carol Oesterle Gustin; his wife Judy Gustin; his children, Toney Dianne Sanchez (Isaias), Callie Joanne Ireland (Marcus) and William Loyd Gustin; his grandchildren, Gideon Joseph Sanchez, Solomon Asher Sanchez, Ephraim Stephen Sanchez, Koe Pierce Ireland, Selah Grace Sanchez and Sammy Jo Ireland; and his brother Robert Dale Gustin (Angela Leigh).

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be given to TrueVine Worship Center, where he attended, served, and loved, or West Iredell Lions Club, where he served for 29 years, in his honor.
