He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hutchings and Irene Hutchings; his former wife Lois Millsaps Hutchings; his son Scott Hutchings; and his stepson Ronnie Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Miles; his children, Mark Hutchings of Key Largo, FL, Terry Combs (Megan), Jerry Combs and Carol Combs Myers (Roger Bustle) of Moravian Falls, NC; and his stepchildren, Tonja Morris and Donnie Morris (Tammy). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great children, 1 great great grandchild.
