He is survived by: his wife Elsie Summers Johnson; his sons, Mike Johnson and Mark Johnson (Laura); his grandchildren, Stephanie Blankschen, Tyler Johnson and Kelsey Taylor (Canaan); his great grandchildren, Jake Blankschen, Luke Blankschen and Noah Blankschen; and his siblings, Elmer Johnson (Mary), Marie Cash, Carol Smith, Mary Wise (Buddy) and Pat Stevenson.
