He was predeceased by: his parent Esther Garver (Jenkins); and his stepfathers, Roscoe Frizzell and Herb Garver. He is survived by: his wife Jocelyn Neumann Jenkins; his children, Justin Jenkins (Linda) and Jocelyn Hogue (Tim); his brother Wayne Jenkins (Cherie); his grandchildren, Jakob Jenkins, Kaleb Jenkins and Jocelyn Nicole Hogue; his nephew Robert Jenkins; and his niece Tricia Jenkins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
