He is survived by: his son Deshan Maurice Mills (Kisha Terry) of Statesville, NC; his grandsons, Keyshan Wasson-Mills of Statesville, NC and D'lijah Marquee Mills of South Carolina; his siblings, Charles Hewitt of Statesville, NC, Darrell Hewitt (Barbara) of Statesville, NC, Alice "Cookie" Davis (Eddie) of Greensboro, NC, Rozetta Harris (James) of Statesville, NC, Barbara Ann Bruner of Winston Salem, NC, Trina Jerry (Kenneth "Pitbull") of Statesville, NC and Andrea Glenn of Maryland; and his close friend Nicole Cox. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, church family, and friends.
