With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Jo Rickert of Statesville, North Carolina, who passed away on February 2, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Badgett and Victoria Collins Badgett; her husband Charles Thomas Rickert; and her nephew Jimmy Rickert (Carol). She is survived by: her sister-in-law Susan R. McLain; and her nieces and nephews, Patricia R. Benge (Rickey), John Rickert (Derinda), Debby R. Mason, Tom Leach (Donnie), Pam Ellis (Mike), Barbara Lang (Glen), Judy Edwards (William), Betsy Dyer (Eric), Lynn M. Deal (Dennis), Phil McLain (Louise) and Michael McLain (Janet).
