He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Humphries Pearman. He is survived by: his father Paul L. Pearman, Jr.; his wife Tammy W. Pearman; his daughter Hanna P. LeFever (Brandon); his grandsons, Wyatt and Elliott LeFever; his brother Neal Pearman (Teresa); and his aunts, Ellen Pearman, Pauline Pearman and Loretta Humphries. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in Lane's memory to the South River Baptist Church Mission Building Fund, 2659 South Chipley Ford Road, Statesville, NC.
